ParkinChi

Although originally a Martial Art, Tai Chi is an excellent form of exercise with many health benefits including improving posture and balance.

Singing out loud exercises the lungs and abdominal muscles. Singing is also a natural mood regulator, it relaxes and invigorates. (Bunbury classes are supported by City of Bunbury).

Park Yoga

Yoga reduces muscle rigidity in people with Parkinson’s and increases strength, balance and flexibility. It is also great for balancing our emotions.
