Anna Brotherson’s father was diagnosed with Parkinson’s just over a year ago.  To support her Dad and Parkinson’s WA, the very fit City Beach mother of three has taken on the challenge to swim solo in next year’s Karma Resort Rottnest Channel Swim and raise $5,000 for Parkinson’s WA.
