Zrinski Research Grants

The Parkinson’s WA Board of Management next application round will be in June 2022 for the Zrinski Research Grants.

Due to COVID-19, all research was on hold during 2020 and early 2021.

The aims of the Zrinski Research Grants are to support and encourage a broad range of WA based research, relevant to the study of Parkinson’s.

Small Seeding Research Grants

PWA is interested in supporting research projects likely to benefit people who have Parkinson’s and carers of people with Parkinson’s. Supported projects will be clinically relevant and able to be completed within  a one to two year period. Support will be provided in the form of small seeding grants. Application for funding to purchase equipment will not be considered. The maximum grant available is $6000.

Research in nursing and allied health, general practice and rural settings will be encouraged. Please contact the office for the Guidelines for Applicants for Small Research Grants.
