Dance

Consistent interaction within a close-knit community of a dance class helps to combat social isolation and depression while empowering participants with a sense of physical possibility and artistic achievement.

Yoga

Yoga reduces muscle rigidity in people with Parkinson’s and increases strength, balance and flexibility. It is also great for balancing our emotions. For anyone with a neurological condition, partners and carers.

Singing

Singing out loud exercises the lungs and abdominal muscles. Singing is also a natural mood regulator, it relaxes and invigorates.

Bunbury classes are supported by City of Bunbury.
