25 Years of Care and Support: Donate Towards Our Vital Nursing Service for Parkinson's
As we mark the 25th anniversary of Parkinson's WA's Parkinson’s Nurse Specialist service, we want to take a moment to thank you for your past support and invite you to join us once again in our mission to provide care and support to people living with Parkinson’s in Western Australia.
For the past 25 years, Parkinson's WA has been providing the Parkinson's community of Western Australia with access to expert care and support through our Parkinson's Nurse Specialist service. Our Nurse Specialists are highly trained healthcare professionals with specialised knowledge and experience in Parkinson's. They offer emotional support, expert advice, and practical strategies to help manage the symptoms of Parkinson's. They provide guidance on medication management, exercise, diet, and lifestyle modifications that can improve quality of life. They also liaise with other healthcare professionals to ensure that people living with Parkinson's receive coordinated and comprehensive care.
The importance of this service cannot be overstated and the feedback we receive from our clients and their loved ones highlights the significant impact that our service has on their lives.
We believe that everyone living with Parkinson's should have access to the care and support they need.
That is why our Parkinson's Nurse Specialist service is available to all Western Australians living with Parkinson's, free of charge. However, we rely on the generosity of donors like you to continue to provide this essential service.
I am asking you to join us in supporting this vital service by making a tax-deductible donation today. Your contribution will help us to provide ongoing support and care to the Parkinson’s community in Western Australia.
