Twilight Sailing 2023
The Spacesailer 27 fleet from South of Perth Yacht Club have generously invited all Parkinson’s WA members to accompany them for an evening of fun, relaxation and wonderful company on the Swan River.
When: Wednesday 15th February 2023
Time: 5.30pm - sharp!
Sailing time: Approx. 1½ hours
Venue: Ballroom, South of Perth Yacht Club Coffee Point, Canning Beach Road, Applecross
Parking: turn left on entry and park in the area, as directed, behind the dinghy sheds. Please drop passengers at the Club House first.
Climb aboard and find your sea legs
You must phone to confirm your attendance: call the Parkinson’s office on 6457 7373 by Friday 3 February
• You don’t need to know how to sail
• There is plenty of help on the day to assist you to board the boat
• The boats are very stable with a lead ballast keel
• We will be sailing on flat water, sea sickness is unlikely
• Please wear soft soled shoes- no black soles
• You are welcome to bring nibbles for sailing
A buffet meal can be purchased afterwards in the Club House, cost $25.
